Simply choose Market Analysis and fill out the requested information. I will use comparable sold listings to help calculate the fair market value of your home.

Wheather you are buying your first or tenth home there are many questions to be answered before you should sign on the dotted line.
1. Start the process by going to Search for Homes (On the left) to get a feel for what is available and the price range.
2. Contact a Mortgage Banker and get pre-qualified so you can narrow your search and concentrate on what best fits your needs. If you do not have someone you normally deal with, contact Ed and he can provide contact information of several quality lenders in the community.
3. Contact Ed for that final search, assistance in making your decision, and the professionalism required to complete the buying process and getting you into your new home quickly.
4. If you will be arriving from outside the local community do not hesitate to ask Ed for assistance. He knows what it is like to need a place to hang your hat when you arrive.

How would you like to have the same information at your fingertips that every real estate agent has at theirs? Well, I am going to give it to you but you must understand how to use it and what you are seeing. The agent and the Brokerage Company who are contracted to the seller to sell that property place the homes listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). By Tennessee law that Agent and the Company represents the seller and only the seller regardless the number of agents available, they are agents for the sellers. The Company and all its Agents represent the seller. The agents name you see with the MLS listing represents the seller.

Once you enter the program select Search For a Property, on the map locate and click on Montgomery County, select a type of search and continue. Select the limitations you desire and continue your search. Good hunting, have fun, and play with the program, it is a very powerful and up-to-date program. As soon as a property is sold, it is removed from the listing within 24 hours.
